WORKSHOPS
There are seven levels to the Love, Intimacy and Sexuality Workshops. Each residential workshop takes place from Friday evening to Sunday evening and are held in beautiful country manor house venues in Wales, Somerset and Kent. Level 1 - The Miracle of Love
This workshop is about Love. Falling deeply in love with ourselves and others. Learning to trust. Discovering how to share who we really are with others. Risking beyond our limitations. Healing past relationships. Growing. Expanding. Discovering the love we deserve.
“Love is a Miracle” is the first of a series of workshops developed by The Human Awareness Institute (HAI). It brings us back to the simple fact that everyone wants to love and be loved offering gentle guidance to move through the layers of pretence, negative beliefs and fears that may keep us from love.

Level 2 - Loving Yourself
Level 2 picks up where Level 1 left off, this time d
irecting your attention to loving yourself, honouring your body, and appreciating our gender. Looking in the mirror will not be the same after Level 2.

Level 3 - Living at Choice
At Level 3 you are invited to take a deeper look at the underlying assumptions and patterns that may be the cause of your behaviours. Level 3 teaches you to really live at choice every moment of every hour of every day of every year.

Level 4 - Integrating Sexuality and Spirituality
In Level 4, you move from the idea of spirituality into the experience of spirituality. Building on the lessons of Level 3, you experience breaking habits and patterns and liberating your sexual-spiritual self.

Level 5 - The Dance Between Control and Surrender
Level 5 takes the lessons of the previous levels to new heights as you find the magic in not only getting what you want but also wanting what you get.

Level 6 - Creating Community
Level 6 shifts the focus of the earlier levels from looking within to looking at your life and the world around you. You are not only the person who looks back in the mirror's reflection; we are also the one reflected in the eyes of your community.

Level 7 - Being the Source of Love
Perhaps the art of truly living your life 'in love' comes from the ability to be love in any situation, no matter what. What if the source of love only came from within you? Come be love in the Room of Love.

Level 8 - Sacred Energy Exchange
Level 8 delves into the sacredness, beauty, power and wonder of "sacred energy exchange." As we get in touch with our sacred energy, we are likely to feel more alert, more charming, happier, and more self-assured without having to "do" anything.

All our HAI-UK workshops are expertly led by a female and male facilitator, whom are flown in from HAI-USA, based in California. Here are a few words about each of them:
Peter Sandhill MA
Peter is passionate about assisting people of all ages and backgrounds to see their own inner power, potential and real beauty. Skilled counselor, educator and small business owner, Peter has a Master’s degree in International Management and was a university educator in Japan & Australia. He has been involved in the Men’s Movement in Australia and North America for most of his adult life. He loves being a father.
Barbara Musser MBA
Hear Barbara
Meditation, visualization and yoga teacher, and spiritual healing practitioner, Barbara helps people to live fully and joyfully in the enormity and radiance of their unique magnificence. She also leads daylong workshops for tweens and teens and their parents, to talk about puberty, sexuality and reproduction, and have a rite of passage.
Peter Rengel MA Hear Peter
Peter is a gifted heart meditation teacher and counselor specializing in assisting individuals and couples to experience more love in their lives. He is the author of Seeds of Light and Living Life in Love. Peter facilitates workshops in Awakening Your Soul, Living Life in Love, and Opening to Intimacy.
Anne Watts Hear Anne. Hear more.
Anne is an insightful, compassionate and sensitive counselor/facilitator. She leads workshops on four continents and travels extensively teaching adults to have more loving, fulfilling relationships. Anne has been leading Love, Intimacy & Sexuality Workshops for HAI since 1985. She also leads workshops on healing the inner child, financial intimacy & freedom, and the art of aging. She has a successful counseling practice in Petaluma, CA where she lives in a deeply loving relationship with her husband, Mark Kupke. Click here for an article by Anne.
Sarah Sandhill
A powerful workshop leader who helps people to develop a deep sense of self-love and real happiness in their life, Sarah has been leading HAI Workshops since 1994. She has also been a successful entrepreneur and small business owner and co-facilitates a women’s workshop called Journey into Body and Soul. Sarah was trained at The Process Therapy Institute and at University of California (BSc).
Jason Weston
Jason is a deeply heartfelt workshop facilitator who loves to assist individuals and couples in creating for themselves the lives they really want by guiding them to see and express their own beauty, power and love. With 30 years of practicing HAI principles in his own life, he is passionate about "creating a world where everyone wins." Jason was trained at the Process Therapy Institute, and holds a degree in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. Jason Weston is an internationally acclaimed fine art photographer.
Donna Spitzer MST
Donna is a Montessori educator and Lomi body/mind practitioner. She teaches how to communicate with love and in the discovery of the richness of intimate partnership. Donna is also a talented singer and performer with a successful career in music.
